After years of suffering through endless swiping, being ghosted, and getting myself into a situationship or two, I knew I needed to change how I was dating. So I applied everything I know about relationships and dating from my work as a relationship and sex therapist and turned my dating life into something I truly enjoyed.

  • This three month dating coaching experience is $1997. It includes three 60-minute private coaching sessions; unlimited messaging support, a dating bio re-write that converts, my signature core values workbook, and any additional resources from my resource library.

  • So many things! Situationships, dating anxiety, repetitive dating patterns that are distressing, how to identify your ideal partner, dating profile audit, offline dating strategy. The list goes on!

  • Therapy is necessary when treating a clinically diagnosable issue. Coaching is highly targeted work towards making behavior changes in your life. Coaching is intended to be short term and to the point. Most of my clients didn’t need therapy, they needed coaching. So here I am!

    If at any point I believe you need therapy, I will let you know. Coaching is not therapy, and I will not be providing therapeutic services during our time together.

  • First, schedule your free 30 minute intro call above so we can meet each other and see if we’re a good fit to work together. If we’re a good fit, you will receive my coaching contract and invoice. Once that’s signed and paid, we will schedule our first coaching call and get setup with Voxer.

    You will also need to complete my coaching questionnaire, which will give me the important details I need about your dating history, goals for dating coaching and more.

  • I’m happy to discuss payment plan options with you during our call.

  • Voxer is a free text and voice messaging app that we’ll use to communicate during our time together. This is where you can send me a quick update, ask a question, or reach out for support. I love Voxer because we can send voice messages to each other, which feels much more personal than email.

  • My style is direct and practical with a dash of humor. Past clients have expressed that I’m easy to talk to, that they feel supported by me and like I have their best interest in mind.

    My relationships with clients is incredibly important to me. I’m not going to bullshit you and I’m going to provide the best feedback I can to truly help you improve your dating life.

    I’m a firm believer that what you put into this process reflects what you get out of it. If you’re not ready to follow through with my suggestions, then I’m not the best fit for you.
